The standard at Hudson

Good work starts
with how we work.

Our clients trust us with their homes and a significant investment. We earn that trust through reliable people, careful work and professional behavior every day. Craftsmanship, integrity, teamwork and continuous improvement are expectations we put into practice.

01

Show up ready.

Be on time, prepared and ready to work. Be reliable about attendance and communicate early when something changes. Your crew plans around you.

02

Stay focused.

Work time is for the work. Keep personal phone use to breaks, except for urgent needs. Use jobsite technology for plans, coordination and documentation.

03

Own the quality.

Follow the plans and agreed details. Check your work, ask when something is unclear and raise mistakes early. Do not improvise a change that affects the finished result.

04

Keep a professional jobsite.

Protect the home, materials and tools. Keep the site organized, clean as you go and leave it ready for the next person. Respect clients, neighbors and their property.

05

Work safely. Speak up.

Use the right protection and equipment, follow site procedures and report hazards. Pause and ask when a task or condition is unsafe or unclear.

06

Make the team stronger.

Communicate respectfully, follow through and help the next person succeed. Take feedback, share what you know and keep improving your skills.

What you can expect from us

Clear direction. A team behind you.

You work with an assigned crew and field leader, supported by design, project management and the office. We aim to give you clear priorities, useful feedback and opportunities to build your skills and take on responsibility.

Who fits here

Skill matters. So does your approach.

You do not need to know everything on day one. You do need to be dependable, honest about your abilities, willing to learn and accountable for your work. Experienced builders are expected to set the example and help others develop.
